Velvety smooth dark chocolate and fresh cream ganache flavoured with fruity strawberry and a kick of freshly ground black pepper. Hand made by our chocolatiers in Henley-on-Thames.

Ingredients:  Dark Chocolate (70% Cocoa Min): Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Cream (Milk), Glucose Syrup, Sorbitol, Strawberry Fruitpaste (Glucose Syrup, Invert Sugar Syrup, Strawberries, Beetroot Juice Concentrate, Natural Flavouring, Ethanol, Acidifier Citric Acid, Colouring Plant Concentrates: Apple, Safflower, Lemon). Black Pepper. Decoration:  Freeze-Dried Strawberry.
