What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), personal care goods (such as beauty products, hygiene products and earrings), undergaments / swimwear, clearance or any sale items, mystery boxes / bundle lots and any item listed as spares & repairs or listed as non-returnable in the product description. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns & Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. Please note, we only offer refunds as an account credit only basis. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically credited the product value (minus shipping costs) to your account which will be accesible via your email address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to make sure you get your jewellery as soon as possible. Because of this, we’re only able to make changes or cancel an order if it hasn’t already been packed or dispatched.

If you’d like us to check this for you, please send over your order number as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll still be able to return it once it arrives by following our returns process.

Quick tip: If you want to add something to your order, the easiest way is to place a new order. If the orders are placed within the same day then we can combine them. We always try to find the most economical shipping methods.

How do I set up my new device?

Where possible, we include a manual with your device to help with set up. If a manual isn’t provided, we’d recommend searching online for the exact make and model as most manufacturers now share their guides digitally.

If you’re still having trouble, please let us know the device details and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

We don’t offer warranties on our products, but we do have a return process in place. If you’d like to request a return, your item will go through an inspection once it’s received back with us. After this, a credit for the product value will be issued to your customer account, which you can then use towards a future order.

Description

New

Items that are brand new. (Always check product description)

New in box / New with Tags

Items that are brand new with original retail packaging. E.g. Trainers in boxes, clothes with tags. (Always check product description)

New Open Box

Items that are brand new but packaging has been opened. E.g. may have been sold to a customer and then returned not used. (Always check product description)

New With Box Damage

Item is brand new but packaging has been damaged in transit or in storage. (Always check product description)

New With Defects

Item is brand new but may have minor damage such as minor scuffs or scratches, which does not affect the use of the product. (Always check product description)

Like New

Item may have been used but looks in new condition. (Always check product description)

Lightly Used

Item has been used and may show signs of slight wear or slight scuffs but still in full working order. (Always check product description)

Used

Item has definite signs of use but is still in full working order. (Always check product description)

Pre-owned / Pre-Loved

Refers to an item that has had a previous owner but is still in good condition and ready to be enjoyed again. These products carry a sense of character, history, and sustainability, offering quality and style while reducing waste. Pre-loved or re-owned items are valued for their charm, uniqueness, and eco-friendly appeal. (Always check product description)

Vintage

Refers to an item that is from a previous era, typically at least 20+ years old, and valued for its timeless style, quality, and character. Vintage pieces are often considered collectible or unique, carrying a sense of history and nostalgia while remaining stylish and desirable today. (Always check product description)

Spares & Repairs

Refers to replacement parts or services used to fix, maintain, or restore a product. "Spares" are individual components that can replace worn or broken parts, while "repairs" involve restoring a product to full working condition. These ensure longevity, functionality, and continued enjoyment of the item. These types of items are "sold as seen" and are non returnable. (Always check product description)

Untested Returns

Refers to electrical items that have been returned by a customer but have not been tested for functionality or safety. These products are sold as-is, meaning their working condition is not guaranteed and they may require inspection, repair or testing before use. These types of items are non returnable. (Always check product description)

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t currently offer international shipping, but it’s something we’re working on. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out with your location and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email so you know everything’s on its way. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details - and don’t worry, you can also check your tracking anytime by logging into your account.
